ProIPTV Canada (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through proiptv.ca, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices available to you. We handle personal information in a manner consistent with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you place an order or contact support, we collect your name, email address, and any messaging handle you choose to contact us on. We may collect further detail you volunteer while we help you troubleshoot, such as your device type or streaming app.
Payment information. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Card details are entered directly with those providers and are not stored on our servers. We receive only a confirmation of payment and limited transaction reference data.
Technical information. Like most websites, we may collect IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages visited, together with service data such as connection timestamps needed to operate and secure your subscription.
2. Why we use it
- To create, activate, and maintain your subscription;
- To provide customer support and respond to your enquiries;
- To process payments and issue refunds where applicable;
- To detect and prevent fraud, credential sharing, and abuse of the service;
- To maintain the security, stability, and performance of our infrastructure;
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
3. Legal basis and consent
We rely on your consent, and on the necessity of processing to perform the contract between us, to handle your information. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice; withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide the service.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us operate the business, such as payment processors, hosting providers, and email or support tools, and only to the extent they need it;
- Authorities, where we are required to do so by law, court order, or valid legal process.

9. Children
Our service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Third-party links
Our Site and service may link to third-party websites and applications. We are not responsible for their privacy practices and encourage you to read their policies.
