These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services offered by ProIPTV Canada (“ProIPTV Canada”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) through the website proiptv.ca (the “Site”). By purchasing a subscription, activating an account, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What we provide

ProIPTV Canada provides access to a media streaming service delivered over the internet. A subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the service for private, non-commercial use during your paid subscription period.

We do not host, own, upload, or control the content made available through the service. Content is supplied by third-party providers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your province or territory of residence, to purchase a subscription. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

3. Subscriptions, devices and plans

Subscriptions are sold on a fixed-term basis (for example 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months) or as an extended-access plan. Each plan specifies the number of simultaneous connections included. Streaming on more devices at the same time than your plan allows may cause streams to fail or your connection to be temporarily blocked.

• Your subscription begins when your account credentials are issued to you.
• There are no contracts and no automatic or recurring billing. Your access simply ends when the paid term expires unless you choose to renew.
• Plan features, channel counts, and content libraries are subject to change as third-party sources change.

4. Account security

Your credentials are issued for your household only. You are responsible for keeping them confidential. Sharing, reselling, publishing, or otherwise distributing your credentials without our written authorisation is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Record, reproduce, rebroadcast, or publicly display content accessed through the service;
• Use the service in a commercial venue, or for any commercial purpose, without prior written agreement;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure;
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law in your jurisdiction.

6. Pricing and payment

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise. We accept payment by card, PayPal, cryptocurrency, and bank transfer. Payment is taken in full at the time of order. Promotional pricing is valid only for the period advertised and may be withdrawn at any time.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Service availability

We work hard to maintain a stable, high-availability service and publish an uptime target for that reason. However, no internet-delivered service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. Availability may be affected by scheduled maintenance, third-party source changes, your own internet connection, your hardware, or events outside our reasonable control.

Your own internet connection speed and stability materially affect streaming quality. We recommend a stable connection of at least 25 Mbps for 4K playback.

9. Support

Support is available by email at support@proiptv.ca and via the messaging channels listed on our Site. We aim to respond promptly, but response times are targets rather than guarantees.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access without refund if you breach these Terms, in particular sections 4 and 5, or if we reasonably suspect fraudulent payment or chargeback abuse. You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription term. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of enjoyment or missed programming. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including under applicable consumer protection legislation.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page, and the “last updated” date above will change. Continuing to use the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which ProIPTV Canada operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
